There does seem to have been a rash of these.  I collect such things into my 
bogotrain-spam folder, then run the following command, once I have a good 
sample (I also make sure that I have some sample ham in bogotrain-ham, 
particularly if I can find any with similar parts to the message).

bash /usr/share/bogofilter/contrib/contrib/trainbogo.sh -c -H 
/home/anne/Maildir/.INBOX.bogotrain_ham/cur/ -S 
/home/anne/Maildir/.INBOX.bogotrain_spam/cur/

(all on one line, of course).  HTH
