While directions are fine, the complexity makes it a bit out of the 
common user reach.

Have you ever toyed with a thought to do things similar to how
dspam (I think) does it? Assign some unique token to a given mail, 
insert this in some header (or even attach/append to the mail itself),
remember associations between this token and all keywords entered
into ham/spam database(s) and allow to retrain bogo using this
token only instead of original mail.
