I sure will.  Bfproxy will not only help with 2c, it'll basically do 2a and 
2b as well.  Just forward any number of emails as an attachment, and bfproxy 
will extract the attachments and run bogofilter on them with the appropriate 
flags.  Run "perldoc bfproxy" to read the documentation.  You can also get
