mbx support?

Indeed. A bit of investigation shows that there is a package called 'imap-utils',
available here, ftp://ftp.cac.washington.edu/imap/imap-utils.tar.Z which
contains a program called 'mbxcvt' which can convert mailbox formats.

The package requires the c-client library to build. There are also rpms for
both if your system uses them.

mbx format does not appear to be as common as maildir or mbox.
I don't think bogofilter should directly support it.
