retraining bogofilter with read and unread emails

Eric,

I can't answer your question about IMAP.  

Experience shows that a line like "IMAP: Read status = yes" that is in
every message results in tokens with scores of 0.5.  Tokens with scores
like that have no effect on the message's spam score.  Moral:  don't
worry.  You should be fine.
