cvs notifications

Clint,

We want bogofilter to accept all posts from the syncmail script.  The only 
people who can trigger that script are those who have cvs privileges.  Can 
that connection be made?

If bogofilter-cvs wasn't configured for subscribers only, could anybody 
just send a message to/through the list?
