What I would try is to modify syncmail to add a custom header (like
X-BogoCVS: Approved) to the messages, then have Mailman happily accept
posts with that header.  I'm not sure you can do this with SF's Mailman,
or any Mailman for that matter.

Another option would be to allow posts from *@users.sourceforge.net.
