New version of bogofilter-milter.pl

Sure, this is pretty straightforward.  I just uploaded a new version of 
bogofilter-milter.pl to my home page which has two new settings, 
$bogofilter_cf and $require_cf, to provide this functionality.  Give it 
a try and let me know how it works for you.
