I could probably figure out what the problem is if I spent enough time on it, but maintaining bogofilter is only a very small part of the 1,001 things I have to do every day. I don't have the time to mess with it and I don't want to make a career out of maintaining bogofilter. I just want it to work, with a minimum of fuss.

Hi Greg,

I'm sorry to hear you encountered major problems. 'Tisn't supposed to
happen. Can you say anything about what _did_ go wrong? As our goal is
to make bogofilter simple and reliable (especially during upgrades),
your information would be helpful.

Thanks.

David
