Short:

Try "bf_resize ~/.bogofilter" for the user that saw his/her mail deferred.

Note: the script assumes you have awk, db_archive and db_stat with these
exact names. If your distro renamed these utilities, adjust bf_resize
first. You can set the filename of the awk utility in the AWK
environment variable, f. i. env AWK=nawk bf_resize ~/.bogofilter
