Wanting a pre-db4 bogofilter

This may seem odd but I'm rather perplexed at the recent
versions of bogofilter since moving to db4 and transactions.

There are probably people who need these extra facilities
but I was REALLY happy with whatever version of bogofilter
was in circulation about a year ago before the more complex
database system was introduced. Back in the "good old days"
a busy user would have a wordlist.db of between 25mb and
upto around 40mb. What I was most impressed with was that
a new install with an _empty_ database, and default config,
would (re)train up to an acceptable level within a 100 or
so messages and with near zero false positives and about 5%
spams being unsure.

Since the move to db4 it's been basically a disaster for me
and just now I found a few users .bogofilter directlory had
grown to over 500Mbs each and now it seems like about 25%
of incoming spam ends up as Unsure. I should be paying more
attention to the changes in the software I depend on and
put in measures to manage it better. However, before db4,
I didn't have to do anything... bogofilter just worked
brilliantly, so well I would not even consider something
like spamassasin and it's perl laden overheads!

Sorry about the whinge but this has been my observation and
experience with bogofilter in recent times. My question is,
what was the latest version of bogofilter that used a single
wordlist.db and a default tri-way (inc Unsure) config file ?

And, would anyone still have an original copy of that
particular distribution lying around ?
