No I don't have a Debian/Ubuntu bogofilter on my system.  I build each
version you release.

According to synaptic I only have 4.2 - unless 4.3 is called something
different that I haven't noticed

Thanks.  That's helpful.  I'll do that.

I've changed back to non-transactional, db_verify didn't report any
problem, and the error has now gone.
