Hard to know without knowing your environment.  If you upgrade you will
get a lot of improvements (read NEWS) and can try out effective size
factor, which for some people improves accuracy significantly.  If .15
is working for you as well as you ever want bogofilter to work, there
would never be a need to upgrade ;)
