Debian
db4.2-utils

It's not suggested as a package to install under Debian.
I don't know if the docs recommend installing these packages or not, I 
haven't gotten that far.

I've submitted a reportbug to Debian to add this as a suggestion.

I rebuilt my database from a text-dump a few days back.
