The Mandrake 10.1 includes db-4.2.52 and db_stat as part of the
db42-utils-4.2.52-6mdk rpm.  

What distro are you running?  What version of Berkeley DB are you
running?  

If you're on Debian, I think it's named db42_stat (or something
similar).
