Charles, et al.

The fact that "<" works indicates Sylpheed-Claws is piping the message
to bogofilter, i.e. providing it on stdin.  "-I file" is used when the
message is in a file on the hard drive.

My advice is:  Stick with the "<" and drop the "-I"
