Hi,

Just closing this issue off - I installed 0.93.1 last night and the
problems I had with the database went away and bogofilter started working
again.

I'm guessing that the problem was caused by some sort of corruption which
could not be auto-recovered (because of the bug Matthias introduced in
0.93 and fixed in 0.93.1) and which could not be fixed by db-utils as I
only have 4.1 installed (bogofilter used 4.2).
