Why does bogofilter need bash?

Yup. Hence WITHOUT_BASH. I don't mind a port installing bash as a
dependency a lot because one of my first actions on a freshly installed
FreeBSD system is "pkg_add -r bash && exec bash" - download and install
bash and run it :)
