Chris,
I asked this a while back and everyone concured that the perl script is
probably outdated and may not work with recent bogofilter versions.  The
original author of the script isn't around to defend it.

I'm running a milter that blocks unknown virtual users so email bouces are
eliminated.  Wonderful.

However, a bogofilter milter would be great right before the smtp session
closes so that the sender gets a "hard error".  But, maybe some kind soul
would reimplement this in python - hehe.
