Regarding bogofilter.cf, a single manual run of bogofilter will generate
warning messages for any deprecated options you may have been using. 
Edit the file to remove the options in the warnings and you'll be fine. 
Any options that bogofilter-0.16.4 doesn't complain about are fine and
can be left alone.
