Works fine for me.  I ran the following:

	tar zxf bogofilter-0.16.4.tar.gz 
	cd bogofilter-0.16.4
	mkdir ~/bogotest
	./configure --prefix=/home/relson/bogotest && make && make check

and got

	===================
	All 32 tests passed
	===================

Something odd is going on!
