bogofilter-0.16.0 now available on SourceForge

Greetings,

The SourceForge problem I mentioned earlier has been correct the our
SourceForge hosts.  Bogofilter can be downloaded from SourceForge and
its mirrors.  Knowing that there's a lag before it's really available,
I'm leaving in on my site.
