Transaction code is vaporware still.

What is implemented is the "Berkeley DB Concurrent Data Store", which has
taken two of the three-and-a-half steps towards the Transactional Data
Store.

No transactions, no protection against write errors or premature
application abort.

Locking works fine however on any non-broken kernel that meets
BerkeleyDB expectations. NFS may not be the best idea though...
