Bogofilter itself handles locking, so you can go without local lock file
in your .procmailrc for non-delivering recipes and for recipes that
deliver into a Maildir/.

If you have a recipe that delivers into a mbox file (as suggested in the
bogofilter manual pages), you'll have to use locking to protect your
spam mailbox from corruption.
