bogofilter-0.17.2 - new current release

Greetings,

Bogofilter-0.17.2, a.k.a. "Code Clean-up Release - Phase 2", has been
released.  This release has minor documentation changes and some
code refactoring.

Since 0.17.1 has been so stable, and 0.17.2 likely will also be stable,
the release of bogofilter 1.0 is likely to happen in early March.  This
is your chance to find last minute problems so that 1.0 will be great!

File RELEASE.NOTES-0.17 has details of the changes.  If you haven't read
it already, do so!  If you determine at some future date that you need
the removed code, you'll have to download 0.16.4
