Yup. SuSE don't handle bzip2ed manual pages - the RPM is for Mandrake;
so much as to portability of binary packages...

I've an untested SuSE RPM that I generated with rpmbuild -tb
bogofilter-0.17.1.tar.gz at
ftp://ftp.dt.e-technik.uni-dortmund.de/pub/people/ma/

It won't work on SuSE 8.2 or older (requires libdb 4.1).
