Sorry, bogoupgrade doesn't change any prefixes.  Bogofilter is tagging
_all_ header tokens.  Special lines (like from, to, received, etc) get
special tags ("from:", "to:", "rcvd", etc) and the other header lines
get "head:" tokens.  There's really nothing for bogoupgrade to do
with/for those tokens.

Additional capability has been added to bogoutil to lessen the need for
db_util (or db_devel).  Version 0.93.3 will be released in a day or two
and "bogoutil --help" will list the new database options.
