Greetings,

I have updated the TXN snapshot of bogofilter. Version 1.1 of the branch
now supports running data base recovery under bogofilter's control,
usually by typing

bogoutil -v -f ~/.bogofilter           (the -v is optional)

Further TXN specific documentation is available in the tarball mentioned
below in the doc/README.db file. Be sure to read that before installing
the TXN version, and note that your only way back to the non-TXN version
is via data base dump and reload.

Bogofilter and bogoutil will make sure that
- - only one recovery operation is in progress at a time
- - no data base accesses are run while recovery is running
- - no recovery can be started while the data base is recovered.

Note that this code still only detects the trivial cases when recovery
needs to be run, that is, when Berkeley DB tells us (you) to.

After a crash of bogofilter/bogoutil or other bogofilter related program
or of the whole system, bogofilter processes may lock up for no apparent
reason. Killing the processes and running recovery will fix that issue.

FOR THIS REASON, THIS CODE IS NOT YET READY FOR UNATTENDED USE!

The new code is available as a .tar.bz2 file with accompanying detached
GnuPG signature from http://home.pages.de/~mandree/bogofilter/ the file
names are:

bogofilter-0.92.6+txn1.1.tar.bz2
bogofilter-0.92.6+txn1.1.tar.bz2.asc

If you wish to check that the download has succeeded, this is the SHA1
