NOTICE: bogofilter and gsl

Greetings,

This morning a problem was reported with the bogofilter-0.15.5 rpm.  A
user encountered the following message:

bogofilter: relocation error: bogofilter: undefined
symbol: gsl_cdf_chisq_Q

Recent binary rpms of bogofilter (specifically 0.15.4 and 0.15.5)
require the Gnu Scientific Library version 1.4 (or better).

The problem happens because the bogofilter.spec file lacks a
"BuildRequires: gsl >= 1.4" statement.  This has been added and, within
a day, will be in a new release.

Note this problem does not the statically linked
bogofilter-static-0.15.x-1.i386.rpm version.  It only affects the
bogofilter-0.15.x-1.i386.rpm versions.
