The fact that Microsoft (which has no use for Unix) purchased a Unix
license (for an undisclosed amount which could be tens or hundreds of
millions of dollars) within a day or two of SCO's lawsuit strongly
suggests that the "evil empire" is behind this action. Microsoft
stands to benefit from this much more than SCO (which is likely go out
of business either way). For SCO, it is just a matter of millions and
a last gasp, while for Microsoft it is a matter of billions, and
maintaining market share.

I have never been fond of either company, but in this case I think
that SCO is being used as the fall guy.

In the US, libel is a matter for the civil courts (violator only
looses money), but copyright violation is a federal crime so the
violator can potentially go to jail. You should be happy to know that
copyright violators do not yet get the death penalty. :-)

Anyway, I don't know what any of this has to do with bogofilter.
