apologize re-sent mail

I accidentally re-sent a piece of email from David to the list and a
comcast.net address. Some of you may not notice that because the
Message-ID was unchanged, so your duplicate filter may have hidden the
duplicate.

Please apologize, this was a user error on my part (call it PEBKAC if
you want).
