Absolutely. Building the database takes some time. Results
during that build would be pretty arbitrary.

In practice, what can happen? The one mail which might be
checked at that time might not be rated correctly (maybe due
to a bogofilter failure). No problem. If you want to use -u
that might be a bit more fun, in theory.
