lexer and dates (received lines)

Hi!

A comment in the lexer code says: "We throw away headers
that are readily identifiable as dates." This does not look
at dates in received headers. Is that wanted?

Tokens starting with rcvd: contain a lot of strange thing, like:
rcvd:Received
rcvd:by
rcvd:from
anything from dates like time zones, week days etc.

There are things which show up in every mail (which does not
hurt, of course). Dates are funny, though. For example right
now I see that rcvd:Nov is hammish for me.
