Bogofilter process what it is given and doesn't have an "ignore header"
option. To totally ignore headers, have procmail or formail just pass the
message body to bogofilter.
Bogofilter also lacks a mechanism to delete specific tokens. Use "bogoutil
-d | grep | bogoutil -l".
