Greetings,

I've built statically linked executables of bogofilter-0.13.0.

Files are available (unofficially) at 
ftp://ftp.osagesoftware.com/pub/outgoing/bogofilter/.  The source is in 
bogofilter-0.13.0.cvs-1.i586.rpm and the binaries are in 
bogofilter-static-0.13.0.cvs-1.i586.rpm.

The makefile is usable, but not quite ready for prime.  At present, "make 
all" will build both statically linked and dynamically linked 
executables.  If you don't have the needed .a and .so files, that will 
fail.  When the details get ironed out, 0.13.1 will have them.
