make check

I've succesfully compiled bogofilter 0.12.3 and 0.13.0 on OpenBSD
3.2. When I run "make check" with the stock make, it fails on checking
bogoutil. When I run "gmake check", everything works.

Perhaps a requirement for GNU make should be added when building on
non-Linux platforms.
