Sorry, I did "reply-to" instead of "reply-all". Could you reconfigure the
list so that the "Reply-To:" header points at the list, not the sender? This
would make life a lot easier ;-)

Please, do so ;-) Converting maildir to mbox is a messy workaround, not a
professional solution. With bulk mode, you can also stop halfway through and
test the results, with conversion to mbox it is not so easy.
