Please use the FreeBSD ports system to install bogofilter on FreeBSD.

These sections of the FreeBSD manual document the procedure; you'll have
to update the ports tree first (by means of cvsup):

http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/ports.html
http://www.freebsd.org/doc/en_US.ISO8859-1/books/handbook/cvsup.html

I recommend installing the "portupgrade" port, after that, just typing
"portupgrade -N bogofilter" will get you a working bogofilter.
