Encoded subject lines

Do newer versions of bogofilter (newer than the aging 0.11.1.5 I'm
running) deal with subject lines like this?

[huggie at the ~]$ grep Sub test
Subject: =?ISO-8859-1?B?R2VuZXJpYyBW7GFncmE=?=
[huggie at the ~]$ perl -MMIME::Base64 -lne 'print decode_base64($_);'
R2VuZXJpYyBW7GFncmE=
Generic Vìagra

Hmm, I just tried 0.13.6 and I see a token:
subj:R2VuZXJpYyBW7GFncmE
which isn't really what I expected.

It also has:
<br>Via<frame><noframes>2lm4u</noframes></frame>gra
in its HTML part.

And the 0.13.6 lexer seems to pick that up as Via2lm4ugra though I guess
later versions may have fixed that.
