sendmail integration for server-wide bogofiltering

There is very little information available for a procmail/bogofilter
novice on how to integrate bogofilter into sendmail using a central
spam and ham list for all users.

Does anyone have a simple install method with a milter or
/etc/procmailrc file (and how to make sure sendmail calls it), or
resources that describe such?

I haven't found anything useful in the list archives or via google yet,
though I am trying to figure out how to install the bogofilter-milter.pl
program recently posted to milter.org.

Any help would be great!
