What is the default? And how would you suggest to set it? Do
I really need to set up a config file?
I think I should stay with spam cutoff and recognize
everything below as good.

Well, I did the following so far (and want to continue this
way). I automatically train with the decisions bogofilter
makes. If needed, I correct them.
