change in registration options

My main goal is not to have to tweak my mutt macros and evolution
filters, frankly.  Beyond that, I'm not sure I care that much how it's
accomplished.

But if -S and -N could be left alone, and perhaps -u could unregister
spam, and -U could unregister nonspam...
