Using Eudora, as I do, I have to use "Reply-All" to get the sender's name 
in the "At {date}, {sender} wrote:" and I then have to cut/past from CC: to 
To: to just send the reply to the list (so the sender only gets a single 
reply to the posting).  It's inconvenient, but manageable.
