One issue is that bogofilter 0.9.1.2 is a version with incomplete
locking, so the data bases might have been damaged accidentally. Running
db_verify when upgrading from <0.10 or from 0.14.0...0.14.3 is probably
a good idea - and retraining from scratch is the best bet (better than
db_dump -r to recover some data usually).
