I'd rather deliver.  The users don't mind a fair bit of spam getting
through (I'm delivering around 1% but they'd put up with 10 if they had
to), but are very touchy about delaying legit mail.  If I had a
full-time mail admin who could check deferrals promptly, that might be
a different story.
