Thanks for correcting the paths in integrating-with-postfix.

A quick look through the docs finds many places where the exit codes are 
listed as 0, 1, and 2.  At the very least, they all need to be updated 
since no exit code is given for unsure.

Checking more closely, they all look like informative comments and there 
are 4 such occurences (2 in bogofilter.xml, 1 in bogoutil.xml, and 1 in 
integrating-with-postfix).  I do not see any scripts checking for the value 2.

So far, you're the only person requesting that the exit codes revert to the 
old values.  Both pi and Greg prefer 2=unsure, 3=exit.
