ANNOUNCE: bogofilter-tuning HOWTO

An updated and much expanded version of the old file README.Robinson
will be distributed, under the name bogofilter-tuning.HOWTO, with
future bogofilter releases.  It's also available on the web, at
  http://www.bgl.nu/bogofilter/tuning.html

This is an attempt to explain how to adjust bogofilter's parameters,
when using the Robinson-Fisher classification method, so as to maximize
its ability to distinguish spam from nonspam messages.  Some hints on
training are presented as well.
