problems using bogofilter v0.11.1.3

I experienced something vaguely similar. I had to look _real_ close at
my bogofilter.cf to see that I had more than one cutoff value
uncommented. I use:

$ egrep -v '(^#|^$)' bogofilter.cf   

to get a better look at what is happenig in that file. (This simply
removes all comments and blank lines.)
