bogofilter -p doesn't always add header

Hi, in 0.7.3, the X-Spam-Status header is not always added.

e.g.
#bogofilter -p
hello
^D
hello
#

note no header was added.

I seem to recall that bogofilter -p is designed to insert the X-Spam-Status 
header before the Subject header, but ISTM that it fails to do it if there 
is no Subject header.

ISTM that spammers could omit a subject in order to bypass bogofilter -p.

Perhaps it would be better to just add the header to the beginning of the 
message?
