I have an old bogofilter text wordlist in version A.  I'm trying to use
bogoutil and bogoupgrade to convert it, but for some reason it won't
work.

./bogoupgrade.pl -i goodlist -o goodlist.db

runs and doesn't display any error messages.  The problem is that it
doesn't create the file goodlist.db either.  Can anyone help me with
this?
